What is a ghostlight?
A ghostlight is an electric light that is left energized on the stage of a theatre when the theatre is unoccupied and would otherwise be completely dark.
CAMPS
We are partnered with PenMet Parks in Gig Harbor to host a Kid’s Summer Theater Camp at Sehmel Homestead Park. The camp is held outdoors at Sehmel’s beautiful amphitheater. There we play theater games that teach kids the importance of teamwork and listening skills; these are important to stage acting. We will also teach them how to prepare for a performance by memorizing scripts, blocking, and using props. At then end of the week, the kids will put on a short performance for parents and friends. click “more info” above for prices and dates.
